We are an editorial office, not a clinic. Please do not visit for health concerns — email reaches the team faster and gives us something we can act on.
What to send us
Topic suggestions, corrections with a source, questions about how an article was researched, and general feedback all help. If you are reporting an error, a link to the page and a credible source speeds things up considerably.
We act on reports we can verify. You do not need an account or a reason beyond curiosity.
Please keep it specific
A page address, the sentence that looks wrong, and where you read otherwise gives us everything we need to check a claim properly.
What we cannot help with
We cannot diagnose symptoms, interpret test results, advise on medication, or recommend a specific treatment or supplement. Those questions need your doctor, pharmacist or another qualified professional. If you send one, we will point you to that rather than guess. It is a firm boundary, and it exists to protect readers.
Not our call to make
Diagnosis and symptoms
What a symptom means depends on your history, your medication and an examination. A guide page cannot hold any of that, so we will not try to work it out at a distance.
Speak to your GP or your national health service.
Needs a professional
Test results and medication
Reading a blood panel or changing a dose belongs with the clinician who ordered it. Your pharmacist is also a fast, free first stop for questions about a prescription you already have.
Ask the clinician who is treating you.
Nothing to sell you
Supplements and products
We do not sell products and we do not recommend brands. If a supplement question matters to you, bring it to someone who can check it against what you already take.
Bring it to your pharmacist or GP.
Suggesting a topic
Reader suggestions shape what we publish. If you want more on a specific area, say which one and what you are trying to solve. Specific requests are easier to turn into useful articles than general ones, and we keep a running list that our writers work from.
- Say the situation, not the category: "eating well on night shifts" gives us more to work with than "nutrition".
- Name the constraint you actually have — a desk job, a knee that complains, a shift pattern, a small kitchen.
- Tell us what you have already read and found unhelpful, so we do not repeat the same ground.
One line is enough to start. If your suggestion is already on the list, we still want to hear it — repeated requests tell us which topics readers are still waiting for.
Reporting an error
If something is out of date or wrong, tell us the page and, if you can, the source that contradicts it. We check every report and update articles where warranted. Significant corrections get noted on the page rather than quietly edited — accuracy matters more to us than looking flawless.
What makes a correction report easy to act on
The clearer the trail, the faster we can check it. You do not need perfect citations — a direction is often enough.
The page
The article title or the address in your browser bar, so we land on the right page.
The detail
The sentence or figure you believe is wrong, quoted or copied directly.
Your source
A study, a public health page or a guideline that says otherwise, linked if you have it.
You can send the details by email to [email protected] or use the form above. Correction reports are checked first.
How to reach us
Email is the fastest route and keeps a written record we can act on. The office is a working editorial room, so there is no reception and no clinical service — please write first rather than call in.

Response times and what happens next
Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Topic suggestions go onto our planning list. Corrections are checked against sources and acted on if confirmed. If your question needs a professional rather than an article, we will tell you plainly and suggest the right kind of practitioner to contact.
You will not get an automated reply that promises a callback. A person reads the message and answers it, which is also why the queue can run longer after a busy week.
About the team
A small editorial team, writing from Malta
We write an educational wellness guide for adults. We do not sell products, run coaching or offer medical services. Our work is funded in a way that keeps editorial decisions independent of advertisers, and the editorial standards page explains how we research and review what we publish.
Read the editorial standardsQuestions readers ask
Three things come up often enough to answer here first. If yours is not among them, send it anyway — we add the useful ones here.
Check the reader FAQHow quickly do you reply?
Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Correction reports are checked first, so a report about a factual error usually moves ahead of a general question.
Can you recommend a doctor or clinic?
No. We do not recommend individual practitioners. Contact your national health service or your GP for a referral, and if the question is urgent use the emergency number for your country.
Do you accept guest posts?
We do not accept paid or sponsored posts. You are welcome to suggest a topic for our own writers to cover, and you are welcome to send a source we should be reading.
What happens to your message
Every message is read by a member of the editorial team. Topic suggestions join a running planning list that our writers draw from. Correction reports are checked against the sources we used and against newer guidance where it exists. If we change an article because of what you sent, we note the change on the page rather than editing it quietly.
If your question needs a person rather than an article, we will say so in the reply and point you toward the kind of professional who can help. We would rather be honest about the edge of our remit than answer outside it.
